Countdown to War with Iran

War has great effect on the economies of nations and empires. No more waste can be made, no more damage can be done than the perils of war. I am appalled and saddened by the foreign policy of the United States, though the momentum can be tracked in a way to lead you to certain, credible possibilities.

The path has been laid and preparations made to take military action against Iran. Though I would expect this action to be 12-18 months from now, Russia plans on delivering fuel to Iran’s Bushehr nuclear reactor within a week's time. We do know that Israel destroyed Iraq’s Osiraq reactor covertly in 1981. The common theory being that Israel has only days to "move" if they wish to, for it would violate international law to destroy a reactor with the proper fuel.

The perpetual build up, will come to a head... but not this week. Disregard the scare tactics of the political parties and carry on knowing others may over react to the headlines.

The financial toll of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been conservatively estimated at $1 trillion.
This figure lacks usury cost and should be accompanied with the knowledge of the wars being a disaster for the economy of the United States and an ongoing, terrible human tragedy.
